At BioniQ, we believe great products should reach you without any extra cost. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays & Disruptions
While we always aim to meet delivery estimates, external factors such as weather, courier disruptions, or peak seasons may cause delays. Please contact us at support@shopbioniq.site if your order is significantly delayed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, record a full unboxing video and email us at support@shopbioniq.site within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Claims submitted within 24 hours of delivery are approved instantly; later claims (up to 7 days) are reviewed case-by-case. See our full Return & Replacement Policy. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as you notice and we'll investigate with the courier right away.
